Stop tech debt before it compounds.

Infrastructure consulting that’s done when it’s done right, not when the contract runs out.

What I Do

Software companies obsess over their product infrastructure, and they should. But the corporate environment (identity, email, cloud architecture, the systems your team runs on every day) often gets figured out as you go. That works until it doesn’t. Until you’re acquiring another company and two Active Directories need to become one. Until a compliance audit exposes what was never set up properly. Until your one IT person is underwater and nobody knows what “right” looks like.

That’s where I come in. I assess what you have, plan what you need, implement it correctly, and hand it off clean, with documentation your team can actually follow.

Microsoft Infrastructure

Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online and on-premises. I’ll assess your current environment, design the right architecture, and build it so your team or MSP can maintain it confidently going forward.

Cloud & Hybrid

AWS compute and networking, hybrid cloud architecture, and bridging on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. Not every workload belongs in the cloud, and not every server needs to stay in your closet. I’ll help you make the right call, execute the migration, and hand off a clean environment.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Domain consolidation, email migration, systems integration. When two companies become one, their technology stacks don’t merge themselves. I plan the integration, execute it, and deliver a unified environment, whether it’s a 15-person firm or a 6,000-mailbox enterprise.

Technology doesn’t fit in neat boxes, and neither do the problems worth solving. If I can help, I will. If I can’t, I’ll say so and help you find someone who can.

About

I’ve spent twelve years solving infrastructure problems across manufacturing, legal services, SaaS platforms, and property management, in organizations from 15-person law firms to Fortune 500 enterprises. That range taught me something: the problems are the same everywhere, but smaller companies rarely have someone in their corner who’s seen what “done right” looks like at scale.

I started Synergy Geeks because software companies and growing businesses deserve the same caliber of infrastructure guidance that large enterprises take for granted. Not a helpdesk. Not a managed service provider. An expert who plans it, builds it right, hands it off, and moves on.

If you’re a nonprofit or a business with fewer than 50 employees, ask about reduced rates. Good technology guidance shouldn’t be a luxury.
